Renáta, the receptionist , organised with excellent expertise how many times I had to come and how many days off I had to take, since I had travelled home from abroad , good scheduling was important .The doctor showed me the order of the procedure and explained the process thoroughly, what was going to happen , I gladly went back for the making of the final teeth too , not with fear ,everyone was very kind, the practice is modern, well equipped , in a pleasant environment . I’ve been a patient here for about 8 years. Since I used their services from extraction to filling & implants I can confirm their level of service is outstanding in the town and in the area. The staff is very professional and polite - happy to answer any question and talk you through each process so you know what will happen. The clinic has a really good atmosphere easy access and always pristine condition. Since I started using their services all my friends and family joined and they’re all with the same opinion as I am. I even have relatives who would travel 4 hours a visit just to come and see these guys as they good in their field. The implants they do is one of the best technology present in the market and they are very experienced with them. If anyone looking for a great, trustworthy & friendly dental practice this is the place to go. I can not recommend enough and definitely 6 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We came to the practice with an inflamed gum and lockjaw, and at the reception, without any examination at all, they only said: take a Nurofen and it will get better, we cannot do anything else. Now then. No, this is not the first time this problem has occurred, so I know at least this much: so far every dentist I have visited in Cluj prescribed an antibiotic and an anti-inflammatory, because if a tooth has to be pulled, that can only be done once the inflammation of the gum has subsided. That is how it has always been until now. So we went to another practice, where they saw us straight away, examined the case, took an X-ray and prescribed the given treatment, as I described above. In my opinion it is completely amateurish not even to look into the mouth, after they had told us on the phone to come in and they would take a look. They sent us away with a Nurofen, which by the way we had already tried and which had no effect.

Thank you very much to Dr. Ilyés for the great work and for the beauty ,, For his patience, even when we throw a tantrum in the chair ,, there is nothing to be afraid of, his work is so painless, you can even smile next to him, the doctor is calm, even if you are toothless ,🙏♥️ ,He asks a lot whether you are all right ,he is not rough, very good ,the whole thing is painless ,you are pampered; you go in sad with so much on your mind ,you are afraid and many things go through your head, and when it is over you walk out of the surgery with a smile, , If you want to come here for implants I highly recommend it, I was there, I am satisfied, you can ask anything and they help you ,they do not do anything to you without thinking ,they ask, and your opinion counts more than the doctor's , yet he helps you so that you are happy,, Thank you very much for the enormous help and to all the other assistants too ,who were there beside me,🙏♥️♥️ May the good Lord keep you for a long time

Today was my first time at this dental practice! The first thing I would highlight is their considerateness. You sit there with your mouth wide open and you do not even know whether to dare to say that it has now started to hurt, but you do not have to, because the communication is like this the whole time: does it hurt? is it hurting? if it becomes a little more sensitive, another small dose of anaesthetic comes immediately; but for me, someone who has been going to the dentist for a long time, considerateness scores highest. Second comes how homely the place feels, the rooms free of any dental-surgery smell and the exceptional cleanliness. Third comes the kindness, of which there is plenty, it is just that for me it is not the first thing. I recommend them with all my heart!
